Oh crud. Apparently its a "Cheong Sum" not a "Chong Sam".

My strange addition to all things "Chinese", apart from of course the actual speaking, learning and writing of the Chinese language, has amused many who claim for one who's damn near Chinese illerate, i display a ridiculous liking for things that are Chinese. And yes, i admit i have a rather inane liking for Cheong Sums and things that display chinese-y motiffs. But they are so oriental! How absolutely pretty!
