Thanksgiving break was amazing! Thanks sooo much Steph and family. Really had the true American experience.

Had this huge black suitcase and when i got back it was so full that i couldnt open it up! How many Cornell students does it take to open my suitcase? 4! 3 strong boys to tug and 1 me to sit on top of it and whine. LOL Boys are strrronggg.. heehee

So didnt do any work doing thanksgiv break, got back ard 8pm on sunday, met the peeps for dinner, meg came back at 11.30pm and we all totally goofed off until like 4.30am where Meg and i started our writing sem homework due the next day - gee i have to bounce but i wanna write all this insane shit downnn

Just had the best weekend! Seriously no one would believe we're Cornell ivy league kids..we've the brightest 3% in the country and over the world and we spent Sunday night shoving Meg into a laundry bag! Hahaha..oh man that was the funniest thing ever. We managed to zip her up till like totally 3 inches left then it kinda gave way.

So i had the 2 papers, presentation, case study and prob set due monday morning and Meg and i are sup to do homework but..

Meg's talking to Justin, her bf frm Ball State over webcam and Andrew Rishi Amber Brian Siu Mey and i are goofing around..doing THE DING! Hahahaha...the 8th world wonder! And making asses of ourselves and Meg shows Justin her new laundry bag and he goes: What! That''s huge..bet u could fit a person in there

And Andrew, Rishi and I jump up and shout MEGAN GET IN THERE!

Andrew: Think small think small
Me: hungry? *throws popcorn at meg while they're zipping her up*
Rishi: Almost there!
Meg(still on the phone with Justin): Let me out..
everyone: laughing like hell
then the zip kinda gives way and we're like
Amber: OMG dont kill her]

OMG that's what Cornell kids do! hahaa that's soo ridic. And then the boys got hold of siu mey's camera and everything went even more insane from there. Im unwittingly in a video with a purple monkey operated by Andrew stabbing me and then Brian pans in to Andrew saying in the freakest Donnie Darko countdown voice ever and then i get off the phone and start "stabbing" the purple monkey and andrew and then Amber's face was priceless!! And the amazing thing was Siu Mey managed to sleep right in the middle of the entire commotion!! That girl is amazing! *lol*

And the funniest thing Andrew was telling me how he beat Ding with his left hand after Brian and i left bowling - this is after Ding kicccked Andrew's ass (do the Ding! We've a whole danceee called The Ding! heehee)in the 3rd game - and the 4th game they played a 2 frame game where Andrew beat Ding with his left hand. And he was like "Yeah i bowled with my right hand and beat Ding with the ball with my left!!" and he started like demonstrating and that was the funniest thing ever!!

Heehee they're so insaaaane. Meals are always an event. No double dipping, Han! All Han and i have to do is just look at each other and we'll start bursting out laughing for like absolutely no reason. haha And Andrew's suuuuchhh an ass!! And this kid Rishi knows from writing sem sat down at dinner with us next to Roger tonight and Roge looked at me and was like that's not the jewish white rapper!! Heeheehee They peppered my knife tonight!!! AFTER i hid the pepper and salt aaaand Andrew promised that he'd look after my food!!! GRRrr and Han was like "There's Siu Mey" and i knew she was at TA hours with Amber but i turned anyway and it was so funny because Meg, Andrew and i turned and shouted WHERE at the same time and then there was a mad dive for the salt and pepper. What the heck! We seriously always get hugeass stitches after every meal - its such an event - we have these longass really entertaining dinners where everything is just so ridic :) lol

Oops but i digress..so we finally kicked everyone out at like 12ish am last night and Meg, Siu Mey and i pulled an allnighter - i slept like 1/2 hr last night! Got to class and slept right through, went for lunch, went back to the dorm, slept till dinner and had another whackyass dinner, went to a movie with Mark and now im back in the dorm and i need to pack!

Leaving for Thanksgiving Break to Jersey tomorrow!! Woot woot! Steph invited me back like waaay long ago and im psyched! Haha when i was still with Adam - he's from jersey - we were so psyched coz we wld be in jerse toget during thanksgiving - but i guess not!

Ham needs to get a hickey from me pronto! LOL

Oh man, this weekend's been insane. Havent done a drop of anything since wednesday when i was studying for Finance theeen party party party sleep sleep sleep. Sunday - today was a good day. ive an insane amount of homework for tmw but guess what? Woke up at 12 instead of 10.30, went to brunch, got back to my dorm, talkedt to Jen for a while, then was going to play badminton with Ding, Andrew and Brian but ended up bowling (Ding schooled Andrew's ass in the 3rd game!)..Brian and i ran off to church, got back from church and had dinner with Han, Ding, Andrew, Rishi, Roger, Colin and Richard. Note to self, never eat dinner with 7 guys alone! OMG...haha but that was suucch a funny dinner! Han and Andrew kept salting and peppering my drinkS and we had like really hilarious conversations about bad pick up lines and me giving Ham a hickey (Ding: What's a hickey? Andrew: What?! U dont know what a hickey is? Rishi: Its a love bite Andrew: its hard to explain Alicia will have to demostrate on you Me: WHAT?! Roger: Ham's putting on a thong for u Me: YAayyyy Rishi: Wait an austraalian thong or an American thong? Han(daaamn long later drops his fork and goes): YOU DONT KNOW WHAT A LOVE BITE IS?! Me: Ding needs to be schooled! Andrew(face turns a bit): Ding needs to be SCREWED?! Colin and Richard are STILL arguing over what name the beans are called because silly Rishi haaad to ask: Hey what r these beans?) OMG and they were trying to give themselves hickies! on the hand.. the "pickup lines" for me to give Ham a hickey are:

Haha AWWW i love these kids! Even though i kept getting poked and peppered (Roger threw pepper at me!) and drinks salted (Han salted my drink WHILE I WAS DRINKING!!) gRRR but fuuuun! Now i have to go kill myself coz im never gonna finish my work in time for tmw.

So why am i still blogging? Coz uhhh haha... i like to procrastinate bigtime?!

Hmm so its been almost a week. Time really flies, huh. Tomorrow's frrriiiday again.. yaay! The concert last friday was really really really good!! Its this Acapella group called "Cayuga's Waitors" - my friend is in love with one of the kids singing which is why we went in the first place but they were seriously excellent. Will let u kids listen to them when i get back or like send u their songs over msn. They're all guys and they're amazing! Had a reeeeally good night met this kid who i totally am in love with now - don't worry, she's a she! Haha

Then Andrew forced us to go watch Donnie Darko. OMG. OMG. OMG. You have no idea! Its like his favorite show (crazy numbskull) and he's been talking about it forever but i like whacked him sooo many times during the show we can't even discuss!! SCARY. FREAKY. WEIRD. Eeeek. *lol* but it was a good show. Download "Gary Jule's Mad World" its my new fav song.. it keeps playing in my head..even tho' its kinda a depressive song and i sooo scared myself the other day in the toilet because that song was playing in my head and i remembered a scene from the movie in the washroom and the washroom i was in was big and empty and i so lost it (this was the day after the movie!) and i was washing my hands and freaking out and i ran up three flights of stairs to screaaam at Meg. *lol* And then i attacked Andrew over dinner again.

Saturday there was this "Red Carpet" party over at Phi Kapp and we sat in the limosine and everything which was cooool. It was very NYC party scene, very hip very chic. Very nice. Champagne and all. Awesome. Saw some people i was trying to avoid though. Haha but all in all a VERY AWESEOME night. HEH.

Sunday found out that these 2 kids i know have gotten together! AWWW i love it when people get together! I duno why but it gives me this warm and fuzzy feeling inside. :) Plus i love hearing the gory details. haha Sunday was a good day .. very relaxing, hanging out with my peeps, a very nice lazy Sunday with added thrill - haha - that was ridic tho! And we baked cookies! And watched chick flicks..haha and Rishi was shaking his head but he continued watching Cyote Ugly while we girls gushed over the guy.

Monday - now: School. Eek. Had fun bitching and hanging out, eating(!!!) making plans etc. Even mad studying wed night for prelim thurs was interesting. The entire time we were trying to stifle our laughter in the "study room" of Purcell. It was soo bad. Never put Siu Mey, Han and i in a quiet place together! And when Andrew and Rishi came in to grab Meg and i for dinner, they started making a sign that was like "free books..please take! i dare you!" "Come on, take our books". Meg and i went to the study lounge at like 4.30pm and slept til like 6pm when they came to get us and it was "cross country night" so the food was extra good and we ate til ard 8. Slept til ard 10 and then han came. Meg left, amber and siu mey came..we're terrible together!! But so funny. And i ended up mugging and sighing with Han til like 2ish in the morning.. he was doing Calc and me my damn Finance. Finance is the devil. lol

OH MAN. The funniest thing happenedddd tonightt.. actually not to me but over dinner Roger was telling me that there's this kid who's "into" him and the way he was describing her - "a white, jewish rapper with zero attraction" was soooooo hilarious i almost laughed up whatever i ate. Heh. And Roger was like she's psycho she's psycho she calls me 10 times a day and i just met her yesterday and she's been trying to get me to go to her room and "study". BWAHAHAHA awww poor Roge! That was bloody funny tho..and she thinks that Roger's exotic - BWAHAHHAHAHAHAHA!!! that's insanely funny!! coz Roge is like 1/2 irish 1/2 australian. Heeheehee awww im still laughing at his misfortune. And he scolded me for not going to classes. Hope the "white jewish rapper" and him get toget! *rolls on the floor with laughter*

Anyway, looking forward to tomorrow. Notwithstanding that its finally gonna be the weekend, im gonna dress up and we're going for a niiiice dinner. YAY. Me and my Makdaddy..lol and

Someone pissed me off today. Someone who i thought was my good friend. WAS, being the operative word. But whatever. I love Jen..and Sindy and Ludan...they make things so much better. And Mark. Who i forced to have 2 dinners because i didnt want to eat by myself.

But whatever. At least now i kinda know who my true friends are, huh..

Got a bitch of a CB paper to write, so taking Fartz's advice and "shoo"ing. *grin*

Talked to Weizhi yesterday! YAY. Can't wait for December! Miss you too ZIHUA SU. Judicious bypasser indeed! U know i miss u too, kid.. i always do~ ;p

Mmm it started snowing today. Little flakes of white heaven falling lightly down. Amberrr, u look like you have dandruff!! Why is that banana there?! Siuu Meeeyyy..Pete, Cayuga's waitors...its snowing!Yeah i know..outside.. Noo noo..inside!What?5 minutes later...OH HAHAHAH..Mark snuck out of class to gimme a hug in the snow.

Yet, i suddenly felt homesick. I thought of Beeboo, of Weizhi and i suddenly wanted them here with me. Of Chan and of Qinqin..of Jana..of all my peeps. Not so much i want to go back to Singapore, but i want my kids here with me.

The snow's beautiful. The people here are great. But i still miss my kids.And it finally hit me today.

Next week is going to be a hell of a week. Damn it. Ive got a prelim tomorrow, (375 pages of stuff to read and memorize, i kid you not), 4 papers due, a team presentation, a quiz and 2 whole books to read. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?! Rishi asked how i managed to get myself into this mess. Meg said wow, for once you're more screwed than me. Siu Mey just laughed. Amber sympathized, Mark said Holy Shit and gave me a hug. Adam told me i could do it. And Jen and i were screaming our heads off in the washroom. Omar decided we were all screwed and Katie's finished studying!! Its like my entire year of work got amalgamated and thrown toget in one bitch of a week!!!!!! Frigging A :( And im stressssedddd coz i havent started shiiiit and its 8.30 on Sunday niiiightttt. And we said we were gonna have a faaaast dinner but we had like a 2 hour dinner anywaaay. AHHH. Schoolwork..bah!!

So Sat night dinner ended like reeal late - 11.30pm - and i was getting edgy over dinner and everyone was calling me coz we were sup to go Halloween partying again. Adam, the darling boy, stayed back and waited for me and guess what? We went on the most ridic "speed partying"! That was one insane night. One of our friends managed to score a car off his friend and we basically drove from party to party, drank, danced, laughed, did spastic stuff, and piled back into the car, off to the next frat. There was a designated "sober" driver, don't worry! *lol*

Apparently was drunk IM-ing ppl when i got back. Haha and people were drunk IM-ing me back. lol lol lol that was hil-friggin'-larious. Sunday awoke to the gooood ol' weekly dim sum sunday brunch at RPCC with my ilc peeps...Massive headache but dim sum made it aaall better~ *grin* Then, im very proud to say, i, the mugger, went to the library! By myself! Heehee i was sooo psycheddd u have no idea~ The first time i went to the "central" library - this place called Uris Library which is amazing in terms of architecture, the sheer size and the ambience - they have different rooms that have different themes and all - yeah so anyway the first time we, or i rather, went in was to find some place to sleep in between classes and my friend showed me this place she calls the "Harry Potter Room". Its reeeally cool!!! Its sooo Harry Potter like we can't even discuss! And there's this other place, the "Topsy Turvy Room"..and the cafe serves THE best Pina Colada Strawberry smoothies ever. So anyway, i went to the library to try and get some work done on Sunday since i hadnt done anything the whole week. So i was psyched and i was going over when i met my friend and this is the conversation we had...

Him: Woah woah, where u going? Looking all happy and bouncy.
Me: The library!
Him: Whaaa...?!
Me: Got a problem, bitch?!
Him: Whaaaa...?!!
Me: ;p
Him: Hahahahaahahahahahaaha (the kid literally rolls on the floor with laughter)
Me: Urgh
Him: Ok who's the guy?
Me: What guy?
Him: Some hot guy in the library?
Me: WHAT?!NO! im going to do work! Damn you..
Him: *looks doubtful* Liar. Why are you so happy then? And since ive known u ive never seen you study
Me: Oooo isnt going to the library sooo fun?! Like when u watch all those shows with college kids and they spend most of their time in the library, i wanna go spend some time in the lib too! Experience college!
Him: Library virgin...

So i spend 3 hours in the lib - 2 of which i sleep and the last hour my friends somehow manage to find me and we go drink smoothies. HEH.

Anyway, so after the whole library thing, they do have comfy chairs! i love that place. The ILR library is much newer and more modern but Uris is very rustic, very cooool. Hee and yes, i am gushing about libraries! But i digress. As i was saying, Adam came to get me and we went for dinner at C-town and on the way back, we were walking across campus and the kid says he needs to make a phonecall and suddenly out of nobloodywhere, this hooded thing all in black and in the scream white mask jumps out and grabs me and i swear i stand there and screeeaaaammmm for like 5 minutes. THAT FUCKER ADAM AND THAT FUCKER MARK!!! They were in cahootss!!!! Mark was the kid who jumped out at me. OMG. Fucking A! I was soooooo scared it wasn't even funny! Bastards!!!!!!!

Then Brian and Rishi forced me to go to ilc to walk through the "haunted house" they had had to set up for the kids of Ithaca and apparently my sources told me i was gonna be scared shitless. Was already grabbing Ian and Amber and i was whacking Ding to make sure he didnt scare the shit out of me - that kid really can! - and Brian's stupid rendition of my "6th friend" - the asshole.. ok this was kinda a long time ago, but we were walking really late at night/early morning back from a party and we tried to "take a shortcut" - the boys not us! - and we crossed the "love bridge" suspension bridge thing and that part is well lit and all but then when u get to the other side, its darrrrk as hell and there's this wwwhole stretch that is sketchy as hell and Brian was walking next to me and we were freaking each other out as it was already and i cant really remember but someone .. meg i believe..saw "something move in the bushes" or "eyes" or something and we freaked out and Brian turned to me and was like we need to make a headcount and he was like "1..2..3..4..5..6..who the fuck is that?!" And then i grabbed him and screamed like hell and started running, and then i freaked the hell out of him - loser! heehee then everyone started running.. lol

Anyway, back to the haunted thingy..it was supposed to be real scary - Andrew was the creature inside and spiders were sup to drop down and goodness knows what - but when we were going through, some kid came in from the other way and he was like "Helloo, can i go through? I want to throw my trash. Hello." And we almost died laughing when he added "I want to recycle". OMG. That was ridic!!!!! And Scooby(Han) is so tall he said he kept bashing through the paper and cobwebs..heeheehee

Then i went reverse trick or treating! i.e. we knocked on ppl's doors, shouted, TRICK OR TREAT and threw candy at them. haha. Fun!
