Since today i was still in hiding, i had yet another mahjong day! Was practically bundled from my house to the car to my popo's place and only my dearest Weizhi, Beeboo and Fartzy Wartzy saw me in my swelled-up state. Lucky things!

Actually dunno what i'd do if i'd never met these 3 psychotic babes of mine. Zihua with her weird communistic-cum-gu-dai-songs-that-no-one-has-ever-heard-of, Beeboo with her lovely temperament and Weizhi with her rubbish sayings and one eye big, one eye...heh. Im glad u gals shared my pain(literally!!) and though i'm damn sure you people made my swelling worse, it was all worth it. And whilst i was playing today, i had yet another epiphany! (yeah, seem to be having lotsa these of late) - Mahjong is all about making choices!! (Not life, ok, Weizhi?) Who wants 2 calorie tic tacs?? Of course Mikey was a total dear as usual and let me whine and grumble to him about the swelling and the soreness of my gums, when Zihua refused to sympathize!

And im really looking forward to Cornell now. Last Saturday, i met with a whole group of Cornellians, from freshies, like yours truly, to sophomores and seniors, and i've got my mahjong kakis already! Also, i met this really cool girl called Megan who's my official shopping buddy! She's ethnically Chinese, but she's adopted and she's been living in Indiana with her Caucasian parents. She's visiting Singapore so she decided to join the group and im glad she did. So, with mahjong and shopping taken care of, i'm all set!!
