Ahhh today i moved into my dorm room..ok fine, i didnt tenichally move but as in i got to see it(im still staying at the Statler, Cornell's own hotel..heh heh...room service, big bed, bath robes, etc!) and i almost died!! Ok wait..first things first..new york city is great! Its truly the city tt never sleeps..shopped shopped shopped - went to Barney's, Macy's(the biggest department store in the world btw, of no less than 9 floors), Bloomingdale's etc etc etc, ate ate ate(yummy yummy yummy) and watched a musical called the Producers (funny!) We even sat in a trishaw if u can believe it! Coz we couldnt be bothered to wait for a cab- it was raining, long story.

Anyway, flew from Laguadia airport to Ithaca airport in this really really really tiny plane - it sat literally abt 20 ppl including the pilot and co-pilot!! And i swear i thought i was going to die. The turbulance was HORRIFIC!!! And my mom actually threw up. Brrr..there was one pt that i was thrown against the window and the guy sitting next to me had to ask me if i was alright. O-M-G-T-M-D! Haha anyway, that was yesterday.

Today met a lot of international students(we're all here for PREPARE, this internat students' orientation before the real orientation) and everyone's really nice and fun. Took a few pics(this guy's camera so he's gonna send it to me so i'll put it up when i get it) So anyway, abt my dorm room, its the newest dorm, Court hall, so it has cable television, aircon etc n its sup to be of a decent size..i got a single btw..hooray!..but when i saw the size of it, i was sooo saaaaadd!! Then my parents(the express cleaning service! heh) n i sorta did some spring cleaning and now its quite liveable! shall take some shots of it if i can remember. The dorm building itself is really nice.

Exhausted now, but shall blog again soon. The Cornell campus is truly gorgeous. I'm really glad i came here. Have fun everyone! And someone(yes, u josh) help me check up on Michael once in a while..keep the boy in check ya know..heh :)
