We all have bad days. I had one today. I promise i intended to go for Econ lecture but i oversleep. And sleep through Labor History as well. I promise i was going to go... Promise. The phone rings at 12, i jump out of bed, dazed, confused and wondering where the hell i am. Gah. GAaaaahhhh. i trip over my chair. GAH. The phone continues to ring. BLOODDYYYY FUCCCKKKK i scream. It hurts!!! The phone stops. Good. A reprieve. Then my cell goes off. Friggin' A. Adam. Who else. My foot still hurts.

Cute guy in Econ section so i dutifully go. He's cute. We never talk more than "hi" and "here" (when he's passing me handouts or me him) but wherever i sit, he comes to sit beside me. Always. Also i had to go to get back my econ midterm - WHICH I GOT FRIGGIN' 85 FOR BY THE WAAY!!!! FUCKING A!! IM A FRIGGING GENIUS!!! - anyway i get there lk 10 min late and i need to pee sooo bad its not even funny. So i rush into class, throw (and i mean it made a damn loud noise) my shit down and rush off to the toilet - but of course i stumble, hit the door, making an even louder sound and rush off to the toilet. When i get back, i realize the seat i chose doesnt have a table. But whatever. The guy doesnt come today. I leave the section early. Of course making a racket as i stumble once more to the door.

I go meet my friends. And successfully manage to fall down the stairs. I swear it was like one of those shitty slapstick movies where i slide down the stairs, legs a-failing, bag a-flying, cellphone still firmly held to my ear. And i jump up, literally, and proclaim to one and all, IM ALRIGHT! IM ALRIGHT!! And people actually cheer.

The next class, I fall, as usual, asleep. My friend sitting next to me falls asleep, we knock heads in the greatest CRACKWHACK sound ever. Frickin' A. It hurts. Of course everyone turns to look. Asshole, i hiss, your head is friggin' hard. He smiles ruefully. I fall back asleep.

Out of campus for dinner. A damn good dinner! But i unwittingly spill Tahini sauce on my new watch, hot chocolate down my jacket. Now, i realize ive lost my pencil case. And its not even mine. I stole it from my brother because i thought it was cool. He wasn't happy then. Im sure he will be now.

But as bad days come and go, as moods vary, friends are always there to make you happy. To laugh off whatever gets you down. Special people in your life make your life enjoyable, filled, fulfilled. Friends, acquaintances, that certain someone..or 2..or 3..or 4...heh... and Ive come to the conclusion solitude is the worst thing that can happen to a person. Gah. I love my life! With all its ups and downs, i wouldnt trade it for the world.
